Returns Policy

HealthTeaching.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase . If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days of shipment. 

All products must be returned in original condition. If your order arrives damaged please return it immediately. To obtain a replacement, you will have to place a second order.

Returning Teaching Cards and Posters

To process Teaching Cards and Posters returns, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to your 'request return" page. On the "request return" page, check the check box beside the items that you want to return. Please identify the quantity and condition of the items, as well as, a reason for requesting a return. Click send and we will e-mail you the Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number.
   
   
2. Please ensure that the invoice is enclosed.

1. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit.

 
2. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning.

 
3. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. For your convenience, shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.

Used Teaching Cards and Posters replacement Warranty - accordance with our Returns Policy. If you would like to exchange a defective Teaching Cards and Posters, simply return it along with an explanation of the defect and a copy of the receipt to us within 15 days of the date of purchase. We will send you an identical replacement Teaching Cards and Posters plus up to $5.95 of your shipping expenses. This warranty is non-transferable.

Limited Warranty - EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY, D & A Marketing. MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION RESPECTING ANY NEW PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND ANY SUCH WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION IS EXCLUDED. D & A MARKETING.’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO RETURN AND REFUND AS STATED ABOVE AND IN OUR RETURNS POLICY.

Limitation of Liability - IN NO EVENT WILL D & A MARKETING. BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSSES, INJURY, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT. D & A MARKETING.’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT PLUS US$5.95 SHIPPING CHARGES.
