Medication Package

The Medication Dialysis package is appropriate for use in a setting where an understanding of the complex nature of medications in renal disease is needed. 

It can be used when focusing on progressive renal insufficiency; hemodialysis/home hemodialysis education or peritoneal dialysis education is required.
