Whether
your purchase is for you, or behalf of a Hospital or Organization, you
have a few delivery methods from which to choose. See the tables
below for delivery options and costs. All prices are in US Funds.

site now uses Canada Post Xpresspost as its basic shipping
method in Canada. For the same low price as Expedited Parcel,
shipments are now faster, more reliable and trackable.

be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package,
